Supported Independent Living

At Jeovic Care, our Supported Independent Living (SIL) service helps individuals with disability live independently with tailored support. We assist with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and life skills, providing 24/7 or scheduled support in a safe, respectful, and person centred home.

Short Term Accomodation / Respite

At Jeovic Care, we help individuals develop essential Daily Living Skills to build independence, confidence, and quality of life. Our person centred support covers personal care, meal prep, budgeting, time management, and more, tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities to promote self reliance at home and in the community.

Assist Travel Transport

At Jeovic Care, our Assist Travel and Transport service provides safe, reliable, and door to door support for individuals who cannot travel independently. We help with medical appointments, therapy, shopping, work, school, and community activities, ensuring every journey is comfortable, dignified, and tailored to individual needs.

Daily Living Life Skills

Community Participation /Community access

At Jeovic Care, our Community Participation and Access service supports individuals in engaging with social, recreational, educational, and cultural activities. We provide guidance and assistance to build independence, social skills, and confidence, helping participants connect with their community safely and meaningfully.
